Cancellation

We grow to Order which means we grow once you place an order. To cancel an order, please send us an Email within 24 Hours of placing the order. After 25 hours, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
However, we understand that when customers fall in some unexpected and unexplained situations, we may arrange to supply the product at a different date suitable or approve the order cancellation and We reserve the right to decline or accept the order cancellation request.

Returns and Refund

If we approve the cancellation request.
we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Payment made from payment gateway refund will be made to the same account in 7 Days In case of COD orders, you will be required to share your bank account details, and the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 5-7 working days.​

Shipping Policy:

We request you to provide full street address with pin code, Map location, landmark and contact details. Kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted.
We charge a Shipping fee
within 5 km: 30 INR
up to 10 Kms: 60 INR
up to 15 Kms: 90 INR
Up to 20 Kms: 120 INR
The above mentioned shipping fee will be valid from 25th Oct, 2022 to 30th Dec 2022
The Shipping fee may change from time to time based on various factors and the same would be intimated on our website.
We will send you a communication regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are out of our facility. The email or other electronic ways will confirm delivery along with the date.
Since its a grow to order produce, minimum time taken for production, harvest and dispatch is 7 to 10 days based on the variety of the mICROGREENS ordered and stock availability.
Minimum time to deliver the produce is 2 days from the acceptance of your Order. This is stock dependence of the produce.
There will be no reshipment of the same order in the event there is no one to accept the order at the address provided or an additional delivery charges will be applicable if we choose to reship the order on customers request. The decision solely lies on us.
