Important Notice:
This document is a legally binding agreement between you (the participant) and mU Greens and Greens. By signing this agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to abide by the terms outlined below. This signed agreement is a mandatory requirement for participating in the training program. Participants who do not sign this document will not be permitted to attend the workshop, access the venue, receive course materials, or be part of any practical sessions.
1. Registration & Entry:
- This training fee covers entry for one participant only.
- No accompanying guests (including friends, family, spouses, or siblings) are allowed without prior written approval and additional payment.
- Entry with children is strictly prohibited to maintain a distraction-free learning environment.
2. No Recording Policy:
- Audio/video recording or photography of any part of the training is not permitted.
- All content is the intellectual property of mU Greens and Greens. Legal action will be taken in case of violation.
- Training materials provided are for personal use only and must not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially.
3. Fees & Discounts:
- Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
- We do not offer discounts unless part of an officially declared offer.
4. Sales Disclaimer:
- We do not promise or guarantee any sales, business success, or profit.
- Our program equips you with the knowledge of how to grow, where to sell, and whom to sell to, and provides a strategic roadmap.
- Implementation is the sole responsibility of the participant.
5. Conduct & Dismissal:
- Any form of misconduct, disturbance, or violation of these rules may lead to dismissal from the training without any refund.
- Participants under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances will be denied entry and removed immediately.
- Participants with any medical condition or physical limitation must notify the trainer in advance. Participation is at your own risk.
6. Liability Waiver:
- Participants agree to attend and participate at their own risk. mU Greens and Greens is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the program.
7. Program Cancellation by Organizer:
- In rare cases where the training must be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternate date to reschedule their session. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
8. Force Majeure:
- mU Greens and Greens shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or change in schedule caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
9. Course Completion Certificate:
- Participants who attend and complete the full duration of the training will receive a Course Completion Certificate acknowledging their participation and learning.
10. Marketing & Media Consent & Photo Release:
- Group photos/videos may be used for training or promotional purposes. By signing this agreement, you grant permission to mU Greens and Greens and its affiliates to use your image, likeness, voice, or appearance as part of any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the training.
- This includes usage across online platforms, printed media, advertising, and internal educational materials without limitation or compensation.
- This release applies even if the image is taken from the back, is a silhouette, or is partially blurred.
- You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or usage, and understand that your consent is voluntarily given for lawful promotional purposes.
11. Jurisdiction:
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
12. Income and Sales Responsibility Disclaimer:
- This training program is for educational purposes only.
