At mU Greens and Greens, our Microgreens Training Program is offered in two formats: In-Person/On-site (offline) and Online (live virtual), each spanning a full 8-hour intensive session. While both formats cover the same powerful curriculum, we strongly recommend attending the in-person workshop.

Why IN-PERSON? Because learning to grow microgreens is a hands-on skill, best absorbed through live demonstrations, tactile practice, and real-time mentor feedback. In-person participants gain access to actual farm tools, grow media, live seeding practice, and expert supervision, benefits that virtual sessions can only partially replicate.

We understand some may face travel or health constraints, which is why we offer the Online Version as a backup, not a substitute. The effort, attention, and value delivery remain the same in both formats, but the depth of learning and confidence to start your business is often stronger with the on-ground experience.
